Answer: The\u00a0321 Crack Spread is based on shorting\u00a03 contracts of Crude Oil, being long 2 contracts of Gasoline and being long 1 contract of Heating Oil.\u00a0\u00a0Calculating the\u00a0321\u00a0Crack Spread\u00a0involves three data streams. Traditionally for Gasoline\u00a0one would use the\u00a0NY Harbor Unleaded (HU) contract which no longer exists. The E-mini Gasoline (QU) contract follows HU well, but has little liquidity. So I have replaced the HU contract with the highly liquid NY Harbor Blendstock (RB) contract\u00a0in the following formula:<\/p>\n
